Windward Farm is proud to announce the arrival of this beautiful stallion and we would like to thank Diane and Jeffrey Ellis for allowing us to purchase him.  Mahrcal's pedigree speaks for itself.  His sire Calypso Dance, by the exotic Makhsous and out of the aristocratic mare and producer of champions Antigua Dance, has been a Leading Halter Sire at the Egyptian Event. Mahrcal's dam, the beautiful Mahrnisa, is by the exquisite stallion Ansata El Nisr and out of the lovely mare Glenglade Pride. As an individual, Mahrcal clearly speaks for himself, typifying the blending of the best of bloodlines ... with his long hooky neck, beautiful face, large expressive eye, enormous presence, excellent movement, superb temperament and overall quality. In 2003 he won the Stallion Breeding Championship at the Spring Arabian Classic in Lexington, Virginia, and he was Reserve Champion in the 4 - 5 Year Old World Class at the Egyptian Event in Lexington, Kentucky.
